Kings County Wines

Kings County Wines hired me to design their logo and brand identity for their shop in Brooklyn. The partners wanted to use a blackletter font in the fashion of the 1970s, but we agreed it would have to also feel contemporary and fresh. I first created the circular logo, which they loved, and then I created variations that would be friendly for both print and digital-responsive media.

From there we set about applying the logo to all the many needs of a business with both a brick-and-mortar and online presence, including interior and exterior signage; signage for their delivery vehicle, printed materials and tee-shirts, and their web site.

“Liz designed the logo, business cards, signage, and website for our wine business, and the results are top-shelf. We applied the logo to t-shirts, wine keys, tote bags, etc, and folks come in to buy them because the logo is hip and fashionable…

Aside from the success of our brand, though, I should mention that Liz is the most responsive, reliable, and intuitive designer I’ve worked with. I retain her services currently, for anything I need done right the first time. Which is everything.”
